Responsabilitati
The successful applicants will be entrusted with the following main tasks:

- advising and supporting management and staff with respect to a wide range of HR policies and their implementation (resource planning, recruitment, staff development, performance and engagement management, remuneration);

- contributing to the development of the HR Business Partner function by identifying areas for development, creating innovative solutions, having an eye for process improvement and providing feedback on the policy development process;

Qualifications and experience:

Applicants must have the following knowledge and competencies:
- master’s level university qualification in a relevant HR management field (e.g. human resources management, occupational psychology, organisational behaviour, employment relations, business administration, law), or a bachelor’s degree in the same fields with four years of relevant professional experience, possibly combined with relevant professional qualifications;

- in addition, three or more years of experience working as a HR Business Partner or in a similar role would be an asset;

- extensive experience in recruitment (campaign design, candidate targeting, application filtering, online skills testing, psychometric assessments, behavioural interviewing, selecting, candidate
feedback);

- track record of bringing complex performance cases to a successful resolution would be a strong asset;

- certifications in topics such as coaching, mentoring, mediation, facilitation, neuro-linguistic programming and conflict management would be an asset;

- experience in developing and drafting policies would be an asset;

- advanced command of English with a proven drafting ability;

- intermediate knowledge of at least one other official language of the EU;

- sound knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint or comparable applications;

- proficiency in HR systems, preferably SAP, would be an asset;
