Responsabilitati
Job responsabilities:

- Coordinate the Credit Recovery unit (currently Enforcement unit);

- Ensure proper allocation of internal resources, optimal flows and prioritization in view of maximizing the results within the pre-legal (amiable) recovery phase;
- Ensure, coordinate and control legal enforcement activities performed by Court Bailiffs, follow-up on proper and timely execution of their actions;
- Develop and apply a unitary enforcement framework in line with the applicable regulations;
- Follow the productivity targets and deadlines as established and communicated by the Manager according to the volume of activity, desired productivity results and workload capacity;
- Responsible for maintaining an adequate level of recovery;
- Plan and organize resources, recruit new staff when needed, coach, train, monitor, coordinate, supervise and evaluate performance of team members; permanently assure the proper resources in order to cover the work volumes;
- Informing in due time the Management about aspects that could generate negative effects on the results or the image of the Company.

Cerinte
Job requirements:

- Legal Background, University degree;

- Senior level of experience in banking;

- Experience in a Court Bailiff Office is a plus;

- Specific knowledge of bank products and debt recovery systems
- Good Knowledge of English, written and spoken;

- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of the Romanian Civil and Commercial Laws, knowledge of the NBR rules and regulations, clients, relations, external developments, good market knowledge generally regarding environmental factors attending retail banking.
