Responsabilitati
Main responsibilities of the job:

· Reports to ICT Division Director on all matters covering IT security and compliance in
the Bank;
· Point of contact for Chief Security Officer (ISO under Risk Division), Audit, Legal
Compliance and any auditor (Group or external) for all maters covering IT security
and compliance;
· Involved as IT single point of contact in all audits covering IT environment ;
· Installation, configuration, monitoring and response to security systems (hardware
and software);
· Proactively assesses and monitors potential items of risk and opportunities of
vulnerability in the IT environment;
· Supports day-to-day the IT change management processes, with the purpose of
validation against the IT security implemented guidelines ;
· Collaborates and supports the IT staff with the mission of constantly improving the
security awareness in the IT Division;
· Responsible for the drafting and periodical review of the procedures covering the IT
Security Management (e.g. IT security policy, Network Security Management, IT
Data Classification etc.);
· Works with the Group and local IT providers, establishing clear and lean processes
for performing the IT security management function.

Cerinte
Required background:
· University Degree in Computer Science or similar
· Minimum 3 years experience in the field of IT Security Management
· Proven coordination role in large scale IT security projects

Required competences:

· Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices;
· Working experience with intrusion detection, data loss prevention and / or other
boarder management and IT security systems;
· Good understanding of advanced security protocols and standards;
· Experience with software and security architectures;
· Experience with security practices and solutions used in the financial industry;
· Good knowledge of the IT regulatory framework covering the financial industry (both
local and international);
· Hands-on proven experience in performing IT security audits, pen-testing or other
similar assessments with the purpose of identifying the adherence of an IT
environment with the best practices and available IT security standards;
· Strong analytical skills;
· Open minded and motivated person;
· Strong personality, able to work under pressure;
· Fluent in English (speaking & writing);
· Courses and certifications on the area of IT security management would be an
advantage (CISA, CISSM, CISM, Security+, CGEIT).
