Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announces that it is involved in the process of attracting new issuers on the alternative trading system CAN-ATS, for the listed financial instruments section. In this respect, there have been discussions with several companies and their shareholders, providing assistance on the necessary procedures for admission to trading.

BVB has made steps forward in discussing with the participants on the BVB trading system in order to become liquidity providers for shares admitted to trading within the international section of CAN-ATS, shares which have been admitted to trading on other regulated markets from the member states.
