B2Holding acquires a non-performing credit portfolio from Raiffeisen Bank in Romania (press release):

B2Holding ASA has through its Romanian subsidiaries B2 Kapital Portfolio Management SRL and Debt Collection Agency SRL, entered into agreements to acquire a portfolio of retail and corporate, secured and unsecured non-performing loans in Romania.

The portfolio consists of approx. 2,500 individual loans with a nominal value of approx. EUR 271 million.

"The acquisition of the portfolio is an important milestone in B2Holding´s continued development and further growth in Romania" says Olav Dalen Zahl, CEO of B2Holding ASA.

Even though this transaction would normally be below the threshold for announcement, B2Holding is disclosing this transaction in order to be fully transparent with Vendor´s announcement.
