The companies Alum Tulcea (BBGA) and IAMU Blaj (IAMU) will debut on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, on the AeRO market, after the transfer from Rasdaq, said Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) in a statement.
Alum Tulcea is the sole alumina refinery in Romania, with an average production of 500,000 tpy. The alumina produced by the company is delivered on the local market to the aluminum producer Alro Slatina (ALR), part of the Vimetco group, as well as for export.
In 2014, Alum registered a turnover of RON 534mn, 3% higher than the one registered in the previous year (RON 518mn), and the operational profit was RON 31.5mn. The net profit was RON 47mn. For 2015, the company is estimating a turnover of $ 169mn, as the total costs will be $163,6mn.
The company has a share of RON 448.4mn, divided into 82 million shares, with a nominal value of RON 5.95/share. Alro is the major shareholder, with a 99.4% stake. According to the most recent trade with Alum shares on the Rasdaq market, the company has a market capitalization of RON 73.8mn.
The brokerage house Intercapital Invest is the Authorized Advisor that assisted Alum in the transfer process to AeRO and will continue to assist it for the subsequent 12 months after listing.
The same assignment has the brokerage house IFB Finwest for the linear mini-technique producer IAMU Blaj, for whom is Authorized Advisor.
IAMU is one of the partners of the German company Bosch. Over 90% of IAMUs’ production is for Bosch. For this year, the company targets a slight increase in turnover, from RON 75.4mn (almost EUR 17mn), and has scheduled investments of RON 9.2mn. Until 2017, the turnover is expected to advance to RON 84mn.
IAMU biggest shareholders are SIF Banat-Crisana (76.7%) and SIF Oltenia (19.8%). The company has a share capital of RON 23.7mn, divided in 9.5 million shares, with a nominal value of RON 2.5/share. Calculated at the most recent trade price of IAMU shares on the Rasdaq market, the company has a market capitalization of RON 33mn.
