Lucian Anghel, BCR chief-economist and head of Strategy Department, has been elected the new CEO of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
The shareholders of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Monday voted in a proportion of 68.5 per cent to revoke the current Board of Directors and to elect new members.
Twenty candidacies have been submitted for the nine seats on the Stock Exchange Board. The candidates for Chairman were the former Board Chairman Stere Farmache, the President of the Brokers’ Association, Dan Paul, and BCR chief-economist and head of Strategy Department Lucian Anghel.
