A number of 19 issuers from diversified economic sectors will debut Friday, August 21, 2015, on the AeRO market of Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), after the transfer from Rasdaq, said BVB in a statement.

The transfer to AeRO offers companies a new start on the capital market arena, in a clear and legitimate regulatory environment, by European standards.

The 19 issuers that will debut on the AeRO market are:

- Atlas Galati (ATLK)
- Carmeco Constanta (CRMC)
- Comalim Arad (MALI)
- Duplex Fagaras (DUPX)
- Electroconstructia Elco Timisoara (EETS)
- Fondul Oamenilor de Afaceri Bucuresti (XFOA)
- Foraj Sonde Ernei (FOSP)
- Helios Astileu (HEAL)
- ICMRS Galati (ICMR)
- Incertrans Bucuresti (INCT)
- Industria Sarmei Campia Turzii (INSI)
- Intfor Galati (INOR)
- Laminorul Braila (LMRU)
- Litoral Mamaia (LITO)
- Napochim Imobiliarei Cluj - Napoca (NCHI)
- Orizont Turism Predeal (ORTU)
- Prospectiuni Bucuresti (PRSN)
- Termex Bals (TEXV)
- URC Vascau (URCB)

AeRO is a new opportunity for companies that want to use the capital market for their benefit as well for investors, especially by attracting capital to support projects and to prepare for a future transition to a new level of transparency, listing on the regulated market.

At the present, on the AeRO market there are admitted to trading 206 companies, with a cumulated market capitalization of RON 3.42bn (EUR 773mn).
